Insta Health Solutions Private Limited, a Bangalore based startup, that provides SaaS solution to hospitals, has closed its Series A funding from Inventus Capital Partners, an early-growth stage Venture Capital firm. Some other high net worth individuals have also participated in this funding round.

Insta Health is focused on providing hospital IT solutions to Indian hospitals addressing the huge base of medium and large hospitals spread all over India. With their hosted and licence-based business models, Insta Health is targeting to bring a revolution in the Indian hospital market. Insta Health has launched their Insta HMS, Hospital Management Software about six months back and has already won over 20 orders since then.

The Indian hospital market is undergoing a big change with corporatization of many hospitals, new investments coming from PE firms, and M&A activity in hospitals. There are also changes resulting from increasing expectations of patients and insurance firms, leading to hospitals improving their operations through innovative IT solutions.
